Are rags DOW or Non-DOW?
It depends on what is in the rags; they can be either. However, if your rags have solvents on them or are dripping or very black with oil or grease, then it is very probable that they are DOW.

I'm confused about which paperwork I need to transport waste...

How often do you service our area?
Every four to six weeks. Our Order Desk calls 3 – 4 days in advance of a scheduled run to take orders. We also make special runs in emergency situations.

Can I put soil, floor dry and pigging waste in a mixed waste bin?
No. You should ask for a Contaminated Soil Bin for granular solids like soil, gravel,
floor dry, solid sulphur, etc.

Do you do "special waste" site clean ups?
Yes. RBW is able to accept almost every type of waste excluding explosives and radioactives. Please contact us at 1-800-642-3802 to get a quote for any special waste clean up.

Are my wastes recorded?
Yes. Once at our site, our drivers will complete all required shipping documents including a waste manifest which details all of the waste picked up.
